I guide dual-diagnosed individuals to reclaim an empowered life by sharing my four decades of dual-diagnosis recovery and the practical tools I have used to achieve success, one day at a time. My expertise comes from lived experience, as someone who knows firsthand what it's like to be dismissed by nurses and doctors and advocate for myself to find the help I need to survive.

 

I have helped thousands find solutions to their struggles throughout the recovery community. I've been invited to return to several yearly events as their keynote speaker, my favorite being a campout with over 300 participants. Speaking to groups is my favorite way to carry the message of what is possible. I offer keynote speaking engagements with book signings around the globe. I offer both in-person and online events. I have been an Intuitive Guide since I was about ten years old. Children would come to me for answers to their problems. Everyone knew I knew, just nobody, including me, knew how I knew. Looking back, I should have charged them their allowance for my services.  :-)

Living through multiple traumas in my life, including betrayal, unfathomable domestic abuse, multiple psychiatric hospitalizations, and several "Dark Night of the Soul" moments, I have not only survived but I have thrived. My passion is to help others out of the darkness. "Hope" is the guiding force in my life, showing others how to find the light: Help Others Process Emotions through Healing, Optimism, and a Plan for Empowerment.

I live by the motto: "Do as you wish, harm none." I walk gently upon the Mother's belly, in awe of her unconditional love and support, and she teaches me how to love and support others. When I recognized my Divinity in August 2001, I could see the Divine in everyone. We all have a soul, the center of our being, like that of a wheel. All spokes represent the different beliefs around the world. Whatever resonates with you the most is your path to your center.

 

I am humbled and grateful that Mother Earth and the Universe chose me to be a lightworker, inspiring all to follow. Although it is sometimes challenging, I do not take this life for granted, even for a moment. All of my pain and living in darkness have catapulted me into the spiritual spotlight, where I share my message of resilience, transformation, and healing with others.

​​​​​Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a member of Toastmasters to improve my speaking skills and serve as the VP of Public Relations. I enjoy being entertained by my two fur babies, Jezebel and Cinnamon, especially since they're typical kitties that knock items off counters, tables, and shelves.  

 

I reside in southern New Mexico, where I partner with The Suicide Prevention Task Force and host fundraising book signings throughout the area. I advocate for domestic abuse survivors, mental health awareness, addiction recovery, trauma, and holistic well-being.
