2025 Book Signings

*March: The first fundraising author talk and book signing at Barnes & Noble. Proceeds went directly to the Suicide Prevention Task Force.

*August: Our second fundraiser. We had so much fun that we forgot to take photos.

*September: Annual Recovery Event. A huge success! I connected with other mental health organizations, and I was invited to sell books at another event.

*October: Mesilla Valley Hospital. I connected with their CEO and staff, and I'm going to co-create a holistic group with the outpatient group coordinator. ~My dream!

The Touchstone of Author Talks
Sometimes, our audiences seem small. But recently one of our authors, Coventina Waterhawk, shared some of the impact of her experience at her Author Talk about trauma and addiction. She was later invited to do a podcast to reach a greater audience. She was asked to sell her books at an upcoming event to enable her to help more people. After her presentation, one of our guests shared how much the program had meant to him, and how it had rekindled a feeling of hope. I was reminded that it is not the size of the audience that matters. It’s worth everything, if you have a chance to touch one heart.
